Lost progress

I have been using this app to learn Korean for a while now and I really like it.
I love this app and I was very upset when I updated it today and went on it to see that most of my progress on my Korean work had been lost.
I was at 175/222 and now Im down to 52/222.
I am very upset and disappointed in this update which has seemed to erase most of my progress.
