Great but web version is better

I greatly enjoy the Memrise program and have been using it for over two months almost daily. I like the way the entire program is set up for language learning, and I think Ive learned a great deal from the way it walks you through each word or phrase and then reinforces it. Plus the explanation is more thorough than another similar system I tried previously. My only negative on the app version versus the web site is that it dumbs down the options. Essentially, when given a word to translate, it only gives you 7 or so letters to choose from rather than a full keyboard, making it easier to figure out the answer by guessing instead of knowing. Not sure why it is set up this way, but I find I learn better using the web version.
